Not only do they take your order, recommend a wine, deliver you food from the left and remove it from the right; not only do they tirelessly fold napkins, polish silver domes, change light bulbs and exchange breath mints; servers spend countless hours working for the betterment of not just your overall dining experience, but for the betterment of our society. Of course, I can’t say what it’s like in other restaurants, but here at the G23 our servers are forming a band of superheroes, and each with a snazzy costume to boot.
